Dear student,
We are pleased to announce that the Pass Lists of the students who will be awarded their postgraduate diploma / master degrees at the Postgraduate Convocation - 2025 [subject to the approval of the Senate of the University of Colombo] have been published in the results section of the PGVLE.
All students listed are herewith requested to fill the form below “Name to be written on the Postgraduate Diploma/ Master Degree Certificate – Postgraduate Convocation 2025” by attaching the duly filled supplication form with it on or before 30.09.2026 (Before 9.00 a.m.).

Note:
1. If a student fails to submit the duly filled form before the deadline, the certificates will not be prepared.
2. The Academic Transcript and/or Degree Completion letters for students listed in the above pass lists will be issued only after their results have been approved by the Senate of the University of Colombo.
3. If a student urgently requires an official document relating to their examination results, the Examinations and Registration Division may issue a temporary Academic Transcript and/or Degree Completion Letter containing the following clause:
“These results are released subject to confirmation by the Senate.”
Such temporary documents will remain valid until the results receive formal approval by the Senate, which is expected to be granted by the first week of November 2026. Students who require a temporary Academic Transcript and/or Degree Completion Letter may submit their requests using the link provided below.

4. The Postgraduate Convocation is scheduled in the first week of December 2026. Further details of the convocation will be sent to your email in due course. Please check your email regularly for the latest updates.
