Deadline Extended (Again) - Calling Applications for Repeat Examinations (Master's Degree Programmes) - Semesters 1, 2, 3 & 4 – Jan./Feb./Mar. 2026

Exam Semesters of Degree Programmes:

MCS/MSc in CS, MIT, MIS, MBAnalytics - Semesters 2 & 4 Courses

MCyber - Semester 1 & 3 Courses

 

The deadline for submitting applications for the Repeat Examinations of Semesters 1, 2, 3, and 4 (Master's Degree Programmes) in Jan./Feb./Mar. 2026 has been extended again to 22.12.2025.

 

The following categories of students can apply for the repeat examinations:

1.       Students from Intakes 2019/2020 (Grace Chance Approved by the Board), 2020/2022, 2022/2023 and 2023/2024

·             The fees already paid by you at the beginning of the semester (Rs. 31,000 or Rs. 11,000.00) cover only registration for the year and LMS access.

 

·             You must apply for the required repeat examinations by completing the form given below by paying the fee of Rs. 2,500.00 per course.

 

2.       Students who did not appear for the examination for any reason (including medical grounds)

·             The fee of Rs. 1,500.00 per course paid by you covers only the administration fee of the appealing process to excuse from the examination under Exceptional grounds.

 

·             You must apply for the required repeat examinations [approved by board] by completing the form given below by paying the fee of Rs. 2,500.00 per course.

[Please submit the form by attaching the duly completed "Repeat Subject Form" and the payment receipt on or before 22.12.2025, before 8:00 a.m.]

 

Conditions for Repeating an Evaluation: Students who receive a grade lower than "C" or are absent from an evaluation for any reason may retake the evaluation at the next available opportunity.

Deadline Extended - Approved EC Category Students (Master's Degree Programmes)

This notice is for students with approved Exceptional Circumstances (EC) - including those on medical grounds - who were unable to sit for examinations in previous year(s) for the semester courses listed below.

 

Exam Semesters of Degree Programmes:

MCS/MSc in CS, MIT, MIS, MBAnalytics - Semesters 2 & 4 Courses

MCyber - Semester 1 & 3 Courses

 

You are hereby granted the opportunity to take these examinations during the upcoming semester examinations, commencing in January 2026.

 

Eligible students must complete the below mentioned online form and submit it with the necessary payment on or before 22.12.2025 (before 8:00 a.m.).
