Extended Deadline for Re-registration for the Academic Year 2025/2026

Attention: Students of the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 Intakes, of the Master of Computer Science/Master of Science in Computer Science/Master of Information Technology/ Master of Information Security/ Master of Business Analytics /Master of Cybersecurity Degree Programmes

Dear Students,

According to the prevailing laws and regulations of each master programme, no registration shall remain in force beyond a maximum period of four academic years including the first period of registration.

Hence, students of 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 intakes who wish to reattempt the courses in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th semesters (commenced in March 2026) in order to qualify to obtain the corresponding Master degree in 2026, are advised to re-register in the new academic year by paying the prescribed fees on or before 1.30 pm,  27th July 2026.

Re-scrutinization of marking - Masters Examinations - Semester 1, 2, 3 & 4 - Jan./Feb./Mar. 2026

Result of the below-mentioned course has been published in the results section of the PGVLE.

Note:

1. Students are advised to read the policy guidelines of the re-scrutinization of marks and grades (included in the form) before applying for re-scrutinization.

 

2. Requests for re-scrutinization of the marks & grades of above mentioned courses WILL NOT be entertained after the deadline given.

Extended Closing Date for Repeat Examination Applications (Master's Degree Programmes) – Semesters 1, 2, 3, and 4 – August 2026 MCS/MSc in CS, MIT, MIS, MBAnalytics - Semesters 1 & 3, MCyber - Semester 2 & 4

The closing date to apply for repeat examinations for Master's Degree Programmes (Semesters 1, 2, 3, and 4) has been extended to 24th July 2026 (before 8:00 a.m.).

 

This notice applies only to students of the 2024/2025 intake (current second year batch).

 

Students falling under the above category are requested to apply for repeat examinations via the link provided below:

Note: Students of the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 intakes who wish to apply for repeat examinations have already been facilitated through the notice titled “Re-registration for the Academic Year 2025/2026” published on the LMS by the Postgraduate Division. Consequently, this notice does not apply to students of the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 intakes.
